HEALTH HOLIDAY PACKAGES
Minimum stay at Mirak – The Psoriasis Centre is 7 days. This includes 5 days of intense Psoriasis Treatment + accomodation in a one bedroom bungalow – for the price of 870€. However, for optimum results, we recommend a minimum stay of 14 days at a price of 1,740€, this includes accomodation. Please CLICK HERE for complete details of what is included in our price. Also, Please note that should you wish to bring a friend or partner with you, that does not require treatment, then they can share your accomodation free of charge and also have access to the centres pool, sun terrace and spa facilities. Additonal spa treatments are also available and can be purchased individually in resort.
DAILY TREATMENT SCHEDULE
Individual progress will be monitored daily, however, the basic treatment remains more of less the same.
The Psoriasis programme normally commences at 10am.
- A short question and answer session, followed by an inspection of your skin.
- Firstly, a course of hydro-massage baths with local coarse sea salt.
- 10 Minutes in the chromatherapy sauna.
- Full application to the scalp and body or Mirak’s specially blended 100% natural creams and / oils.
- A period of exposure to the sun – we will advise you on the length of time.
- Shower.
- Full body mask of volcanic mud and spring water and left to dry for 20 minutes.
- Shower.
- Second application of 100% oils / creams, followed by another session in the sun.
- Hydro-massage bath containing locally grown 100% natural Aloe Vera.
- Finally, a full body covering with Vitamin A and E creams, to enrich and moisturise the skin. The cream is easily absorbed and does not stain clothing.
